Bruce
fit ses débuts avec le groupe Paradox qui changea de nom pour Styx. Il
eut aussi les groupes Speed et Shots (1977-1979). Mais sa carrière débuta
vraiment avec le Groupe Samson qui le remarquèrent lors d'un concert dans
un pub anglais. Il fit parti du groupe Samson de juin 1979 à août 1981.Bruce
Dickinson devient le nouveau chanteur d'Iron Maiden en septembre 1981
suite au départ de Paul Di'Anno. Durant l'année 1990, bruce enregistra
un premier album solo. En 1993 Bruce annonce son intention de poursuivre
une carrière solo. Bruce revient avec Iron Maiden le 10 février 1999 accompagné
du guitariste Adrian Smith. |

Bruce
Dickinson rejoint Samson en 1979 juste après la réalisation
de l'album "Survivors". La première mission du groupe
fut de ré-enregistrer les vocaux avec Bruce
dans le but de ressortir l'album. Cela ne s'est jamais produit.
Cet réédition sortie en 1990 contient la version originale
complète de "Survivors" ainsi que pour la toute première
fois, cinq titres en versions chantées par Bruce Dickinson. |

de mettre ce titre à coin pendant que j'écrivait ces quelques

Bruce a écrit deux livres sur le même personnage, Lord Iffy Boatrace,
un travesti propriétaire terrien millionnaire du nord de l'Écosse agé
de 25 ans. Les deux livres sont très humoristiques. |

The Adventures of
Lord Iffy Boatrace

Bruce a commencé à écrire son premier livre approximativement
en 1987 lors de la tournée Somewhere In Time. Il a été publié
en mai 1990 par Sidgwick & Jackson Ltd., 18-21 Cavaye Place, London,
SW10 9PG, UK, et c'est vendu à près de 30 mille copies
en peu de temps. L'éditeur, satisfait du résultat, a persuadé Bruce
d'écrire une suite.
L'histoire commence avec Lord Iffy Boatrace
qui veux chasser des oiseaux sur ces terres. Mais comme il est rare
d'en rencontrer, il cherche quelqu'un pour lui fournir quelques spécimens.
Alors son voisin, le commandant de vol à la retraite Bill Symes-Groat,
fait venir un agent secret qui promet de construire un oiseau indestructible.
Une fois fait, Lord Iffy Boatrace prend l'excuse d'une réunion d'école
pour inviter tout ces amis étudiant, mais quand ils arrivent, plusieurs
choses étranges commencent à ce passer.

Publié par le même éditeur, c'est une histoire mettant
en scène le même personnage dans une aventure indépendante
de celle racontée dans le premier livre.
Lord Iffy Boatrace part à Los Angeles pour
tourner une série télévisée pour gagner de l'argent. On
y retrouve le personneage Jimmy Reptile de la musique d'Iron Maiden "Holy Smoke". Commence alors une aventure des plus comique.
